Sorrento is a small town one hour by train from Naples. You can go there with the Vesuviana, the same means of transport useful to go to the excavations of Pompeii. Limoncello is a typical liqueur consisting of liqueur and lemon – from which it takes its name. Winter is the best season to visit Sorrento as it is less crowded with tourists.
